Born in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, Joel grew up in a home marked by faith, prayer, ministry, and a deep love for the presence of God. From a young age, worship and music became more than talents — they became part of his calling.
Through years of serving in worship ministry, youth ministry, creative leadership, production, mentoring, and church consulting, Joel carries a burden to help churches and leaders move beyond performance and into formation.
